Minimum 5 Years experience in related technologies, as described. Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining data warehouse database structures using Microsoft SQL 2005/2008. Experience with Analysis Service, Report development using SSRS, Design/Develop/Performance Tune ETL (SSIS) packages, role-based security implementation for SQL Server 2005/2008 environment. Strong technical skills in database environments running on Windows and in-depth knowledge of star schema/dimensional modeling and data warehouse methodology. SAP Business Intelligence and Business Objects (BI/BOBJ): Designing, developing and supporting all aspects of the SAP BI/BOBJ platform. In-depth knowledge of Business Objects XI R3.1.x: develop BOBJ universes and Web Intelligence reports. In-depth knowledge of Business Objects security principles and implementations, including role based universe security. Excellent verbal and written communication, consulting and presentation skills
This position is for an ongoing project at a Federal Government agency. Location is Metro accessible. Job duties will include (but not limited to): Validation of requirements,Implement system design, Implement new ASP.NET pages and VB.NET components, Implement and maintain security and data protection controls, Maintain high level of knowledge and skill with all computer software related to the design and production of web sites/pages
The candidate needs to have at least 3+ years experience developing web-based systems for Microsoft platforms using ASP.NET and VB.NET. The experience required includes the following specific technologies/tools: ASP.NET 4.0/3.5, VB.NET, AJAX, SQL Server, HTML, XML, XSL, DHTML, JavaScript; JQuery, Developing customized SharePoint solutions based on business requirements. The candidate will need to have a thorough understanding of: Out-of-the-box SharePoint features; SharePoint Developer; SharePoint 2007/2010 architecture, Source Control TFS or SourceSafe, Agile (Scrum) development concepts
The following experience is preferred but NOT a must have: Recent proven experience with Federal Civilian Agencies, Previous experience migrating PowerBuilder applications to .NET, Experience with Classic ASP, Experience with Sybase databases, Experience with SQL Reporting Services.
